Cancellation Policy
For Drop-In massage clients, 50% of service is due at time of booking to reserve your space. The remaining 50% will be paid on the day of service. In the event of cancellation, the booking deposit is non-refundable. If you would like more flexibility regarding scheduling, consider becoming a monthly member. In addition to a lower price per massage, one of the benefits is unlimited rescheduling within the same calendar month. More information can be found under "Memberships'' on my website.
