Please note: our space is on the 3rd floor of a historic building (no elevator), and we share the building with other practitioners and the restaurant downstairs. We do have a bathroom, but there is no shower, deep sink, or kitchenette area. This space is in the heart of downtown Frederick, and so we have typical cityscape sounds such as sirens, horns, trucks backing up, people talking loudly, etc. We believe this adds to the charm and ambience of the space; please consider the fit for your individual rental space needs.
