About the event
Experience a different kind of happy hour where instead of numbing out, we tune in. Practice being in the present moment with like-minded folks. Weekly connecting in community without screens and an alcohol free environment. Â Together we will practice presence through creativity, movement, flow states, guided meditations. Open to teenagers and older, and all skills levels are welcome.
Weekly on Wednesdays from 4 - 7pm (no event on July 3)
